During her time at eClinicalWorks, she successfully managed a portfolio of approximately 25 clinics across multiple specialties, gaining extensive experience in handling diverse practice needs and payer scenarios.
She began her career at IKS Health as a Senior AR Analyst, where she developed a strong foundation in accounts receivable management, denial resolution, and payer communication. This hands-on experience continues to shape her practical, detail-oriented approach to solving complex RCM challenges.
